The 21st edition of the conference will take place at Les Roches in Crans-Montana, a picturesque alpine village nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, within the canton of Valais. Renowned for hosting prestigious sporting events such as the Ski World Cup, Crans-Montana continues to be a hub for international competitions, including the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships and the upcoming 2027 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact the venue (email: lodging@lesroches.edu, out of office until 7th of January) directly to secure the discounted rate. As parking is limited, we recommend reserving a space at the time of booking if you are traveling by car. Should the hotel be fully booked, additional accommodations can be found via Booking.com or similar platforms. Do not hesitate to contact the organizing committee if you encounter any problems.

The closest major train station is Sierre/Siders, which is well-connected to Swiss and international rail networks. From Sierre, a funicular railway Crans-Montana: Funicular takes you directly up to Crans-Montana in about 12 minutes. The stop corresponding to the conference location is Bluche (3rd from Sierre). Trains from Geneva, Zurich, and Bern run frequently to Sierre.
