Important Registration Notes

• The conference takes place in-person: in order to foster interactions and discussions, it is not possible to participate online. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis after receiving the registration payment. To request an exception, please submit a detailed and motivated description of your case to the General Chair, cc-ing the TPC chairs and publication chair.

• At least one of the paper authors needs to register at the author’s rate (member or non-member). The author registration cannot receive a student discount. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for one (1) paper.

• A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact the venue (email: lodging@lesroches.edu, out of office until 7th of January) directly to secure the discounted rate. As parking is limited, we recommend reserving a space at the time of booking if you are traveling by car. Should the hotel be fully booked, additional accommodations can be found via Booking.com or similar platforms. Do not hesitate to contact the organizing committee if you encounter any problems (/committee).
